Clark Sexton, Ph.D.

Dr. Sexton is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of RAMIDARA. He holds a Ph.D. in both Computer Science and Philosophy and has been a professor for more than 20 years. Dr. Sexton also has a background in business. He worked as a Web Programmer at GARMIN for eight years during which he brought their website in-house and designed and implemented their e-commerce system.

Edward K. Appiah Kubby, MD

Dr. Edward Kwabena Appiah Kubby is a Medical Doctor with over 10 years of experience. Dr Appiah Kubby is currently in Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the prestigious Greater Accra Regional Hospital, Accra-Ghana, and former Medical Doctor at the Military Hospital, Accra-Ghana. Dr Appiah Kubby helps in screening nurses, and he is also our strategic coordinator for all recruitments in Ghana and other parts of Africa and Europe.


Don Anthony Madrigal

Don Anthony Madrigal is the Talent Acquisition/HR Representative at Ramidara, responsible for recruiting top-notch nursing talent from the Philippines that meets and exceeds the standards and expertise required. Don ensures that nurses being deployed are professional and exceptionally skilled.

Don’s initiatives in staff development and retention have been key to providing exceptional patient care and creating a supportive work environment for the nursing staff.


Katrina Paglierani

Katrina is the new Head of Alliance, Partner, and Strategic Growth Advisor at Ramidara, focusing on their "Recruit with a Purpose" mission to place top healthcare professionals in North America, aiming to combat the impending nursing shortage by enhancing diversity, retention, and service levels in the healthcare sector. With over 20 years in the HR and Talent Acquisition Tech Industry, her extensive network, and partnerships with leading vendors like ADP, UKG, and Radancy underscore her expertise. She actively contributes to various advisory boards, including HR Tech Alliances,, and Women in TATech among others.


Godwin Gidiglo, PhD.

Dr. Gidiglo is an academician with several years of experience in teaching and medical scientific research. He has his Ph.D. from the Massey University in New Zealand and is also a product of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran. He currently lives in New Zealand, where he coordinates the recruitment and scouting of experienced and qualified nurses from New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and Europe.


Joseph Kofi Dzisam, Ph.D.​ 

Dr. Dzisam is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RAMIDARA Healthcare Staffing LLC and has an extensive experience in Nursing Recruitment, particularly from Africa and Canada. Having previously done research in haemoglobinopathies (sickle cell diseases) at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi (Ghana), therapeutics for blood agents at the South Dakota State University (with sponsorship from the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense, USMRICD,) and toxicological compounds in drinking water, Dr. Dzisam is passionate about providing solutions to problems such as the shortage of nurses.

Chidi Martins, MD

Dr. Chidi Martins oversees skills-set assessment of Ramidara’sinternational healthcare professionals, assisting in reviewing of educational resources for NCLEX-RN reviews, researching and identifying potential healthcare facilities for business development.

Dr Martins is currently a medical doctor at a surgical unit in a Facility at Chapel Hill, NC.  He had his medical education at the Howard College of Medicine, Washington DC, in the United States of America.

Originally from Nigeria, Dr Martins fully understands the nursing skills gaps of international healthcare professionals and that of the USA and recommends further training and capacity building as and when needed, to match the needs of healthcare organizations.
